Tunes in the Towns
You can also follow the sounds of Loudoun through the towns and villages. What started as a venue for showing silent movies, the Tally Ho has become iconic for live music in Leesburg. Prefer the outdoors? Leesburg also hosts concerts on the town green through the summer while The Village at Leesburg hosts its Plaza Party every Friday night until August 30. Among the list of performers is the talented Travis Tucker on June 27, eight-piece-cover band, State Streets Band on July 4 and singer-songwriter Shane Gamble on August 1. The Middleburg Community Center puts on a free concert series featuring multiple artists. Tucked away in the Short Hill Mountains, Hillsboro hosts Music in the Gap at the historic Old Stone School. On June 21, bluegrass player, Mason Via, will kick off the annual concert series.
