Loudoun County Parks & Rec has teamed up with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event. These special arrangements and discounted rates are only available via this website. This is a STAY TO SAVE tournament. All non-commuting participants in the tournament are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through this site.
While this is not a stay-to-play event, we ask that you stay in our host hotels, as the rebate paid by the hotel does help offset the event cost and allows us to continue to bring these events to Loudoun.

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
