Hand-crafted artisan cheeses from our farm to your table! At Locksley Farmstead Cheese we produce pasteurized hard & soft cheeses. We currently produce cheddar, gouda, washed rind, fromage blanc and camembert cheeses from dairy cows raised at The Ag District, a 412-acre sustainable working farm in the heart of the Bull Run Mountains in western Loudoun County, Virginia.
The Ag District is home to three thriving food businesses: Chrysalis Vineyards, Locksley Farmstead Cheese Company, and Little River Bakehouse. At the heart of it all is the Ag District Center, a beautiful gathering spot that houses a tasting room, creamery, kitchen and the brick ovens that serve up delicious meals to our guests.
