This is a stay to play event. That means that all teams requiring overnight accommodation (Could we say all non-local teams) must stay a minimum of 18 room nights within the room block of a partnering hotel. The hotel housing service for the event has negotiated the lowest possible rate at each property for our teams and made them all available to you on a one-stop-shopping website for your convenience.
Teams that require overnight accommodation but choose to stay outside of the event’s room block and/or fail to meet the minimum room booking requirement of 18 room nights will be assessed a $300 opt-out fee. This fee is payable at or before check in and must be paid in order to take part in the event.
Local teams that do not require accommodations are exempt from this fee.
