The dinner menu starts with recognition of the numerous local producers that Market Table Bistro sources from to create their ever-changing menu. Chef Jason Lage owns the restaurant with partner Rebecca Dudley who oversees the dining room. Jason has served as executive chef in fine dining restaurants throughout the DC metropolitan area and has been a featured chef at the James Beard House for three years in a row. Situated in the heart of rural Loudoun, Jason has developed personal relationships with local farmers and purveyors to provide the quality products that shine in his "keep it simple" approach to cooking. The dining room is elegant yet relaxed in tones of blue and gray. The service is friendly and warm, welcoming each guest like the regular customer they hope you’ll become.
