Oatlands, a National Trust site, encompasses 360 acres in scenic easements and features a Greek Revival mansion, circa 1804, rare 19th century brick dependencies including America's oldest restored propagation greenhouse, circa 1810, and a magnificent four acre English terraced garden. Oatlands offers guided tours of the mansion, and self-guided tours of the grounds and garden. The gift shop features unique gift and gardening items. Oatlands is a lovely place to spend the day. Snack food is available in the gift shop, but visitors are advised to bring a picnic if they would like more substantial fare. Oatlands is also the perfect site for elegant weddings, social gatherings, special events, and corporate meetings.

  • Admission Fee/Tasting Fee: $12 adults, $10 seniors(60+), $8 students(6-16). $8 garden & grounds only. Weddings: • Oatlands Pavilion reception ranges $7,750–8,750 depending on the guest count and includes a tent and restroom trailer. • A Tented Front Lawn reception ranges $10,894–13,865 and requires a tent rental. • A Carriage House reception $5,000-6,000 depending on the season. • All these options include day of coordination, access to 2 ready rooms, the use of Oatlands tables and chairs for ceremony and reception, and access to all of Oatlands’ picturesque 4.5 acre gardens. Each full wedding comes with a 5 hour time black for a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. • The fee for a Garden ceremony-only is $1,500 and includes white folding chairs.
