Craft Beer — Brewed with the finest ingredients around the globe What’s the fun in a couple ordering a pint of locally brewed beer and a glass of wine produced on the land it is served, and then having to enjoy them separately in two different locations on the same property? Nothing! Well, now that the Virginia ABC has changed that law, we at Hillsborough are offering the collaboration of 2 brothers: one a Winemaker driven by the dedication to hand-crafted wines made from grapes grown on the property; the other a Brewmaster creating unique beers that refresh the soul and tantalize the taste buds… both served side-by-side out of our scenic tasting room overlooking the rolling foothills of the Shenandoah. Brew Master, Tolga Baki will produce 5 beers on tap to join the 12+ wines his brother, Winemaker Kerem Baki creates, making us one of the first family-owned, co-existing farm winery and farm brewery, served out of one tasting room overlooking grapes grown on our property.

- Admission Fee/Tasting Fee: Wine flights ranging from $10-$15; Beer flights $8
- Tour Length: 90-120 minutes preferable.
- Reservation Policy: Group reservations are only available during the hours of 11 AM to 2:30 PM on weekends - smaller groups. Weekdays - Flexible
- Group Admission/Tasting Fee: Tasting fees for groups between 9-50 people = $15 per person does not include gratuity Tasting fees for groups between 51-100 people = $20 per person does not include gratuity ***working with Kerem to make 1 full coach $15pp*** 1. Winery tour and tasting - $15/person 2. Winery tour and tasting with tasting plate - $25/person 3. Winery tour and tasting with bottle - $45/person All wine tastings includes a 1-oz pour of 5 wines A $10 tasting plate can be included for any group The bottle includes any bottle from the tasting A logo glass can be added to any option for $5
