Capital Hive Meadery focuses on crafting exceptional meads and ciders from quality ingredients. We push the limit on the worlds oldest fermented beverage. Unique flavors like Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake, Blueberry Pancake, and PB&J are some of our unique meads. In addition to mead, we also produce hard cider utilizing local apples from the Shenandoah Valley.
