Be brought into peaceful bliss with Yoga Nidra, a healing practice that allows the mind and physical body to rest and restore. Studies have shown that Yoga Nidra may help with insomnia, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and relaxing, as well as reverse the harm that stress does to our bodies. One hour of Yoga Nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. Suitable for all levels and no experience needed. This class will be finished with a relaxing temple massage. 90 minutes.
