Yoga, Brunch, Mimosas, Oh my! Friday mornings just got a little better!
Our morning will begin with a beginner friendly yoga class hosted and taught by Loudoun County yoga teacher Rhonda Wilson.
Immediately following the class an easy, light fare brunch buffet, mimosas and juice bar will be available for you to enjoy as you meet new friends. Chef Natalie at Fleur de Cuisine in Ashburn, Virginia has curated a beautiful menu for us.
Yoga will begin promplty at 10:00am and will be a 40-45 minute class that will address the needs of those who attend. Each class will be a different experience and you will be guided from start to finish.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and anything else that you would like to make your practice more enjoyable.
Aroma therapy with DoTerra essential oils will be used throughout our practice together to enrich your sensory experience.
