Valentine's Couples Dinner at Dirt Farm

Make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable with a romantic evening on the mountain. Gaze upon the night’s skyline of the Loudoun Valley as you indulge in a four-course dinner, prepared by Chef Justin Garrison, with suggested beer pairing available upon request.

FIRST COURSE

Bread Board, Garlic Confit, Whipped Butter

SECOND COURSE

Oysters Florentine, Prosciutto, Sambuca Béchamel

Chopped Harvest Salad, Carrot Ginger Dressing, Hothouse Cucumbers

THIRD COURSE

Rosetta Farms Short Rib Beurre Rouge, Trumpet Mushrooms, Chèvre Whipped Potatoes

DESSERT COURSE

Strawberries Foster, Chocolate Mousse, Cardamom Spiced Doughnut

 

$90 per couple with each course intimately shared. A reservation is for two. All tables will be socially distanced.

 

First Seating doors open at 4:30 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Second seating doors open at 7:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 7:30 p.m.

*The Taproom indoor seating will be closing promptly at 4:00 p.m. on Valentine’s Day to prepare for our Couples Dinner.
