Pianist Inon Barnatan, “one of the most admired pianists of his generation” (New York Times) is known for his poetic sensibility, musical intelligence, and consummate artistry. In 2015 he received Lincoln Center’s Martin E. Segal Award for young artists of exceptional accomplishment, and recently completed his third season as the Artist-in-Association of the New York Philharmonic. A regular performer with the world’s most celebrated orchestras, he recently debuted with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and San Francisco Symphony orchestras, and the BBC Proms. His acclaimed discography ranges from Schubert to Messiaen, and he is recording a complete cycle of Beethoven piano concertos with the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields.
