This experience begins on the farm with an outdoor fitness session led by certified strength and conditioning specialist Paul Koczera. This workout will be scaled for all skill levels and will introduce you to Paul's 'Strong Seven' outdoor workout method. Paul has over eight years of health and recreation experience, much of it shaped firsthand by leading holistic health physicians, coaches, and practitioners that he has worked with since 2010.
Following your work out, be welcomed and warmed by the fire back at the Blue Heron Farm Homestead, run by Farmer Jen Puffenberger and her Daughter Jessie. Your healthy farm to table meal will be locally sourced and created by a local master chef. Your choice of either a local wine tasting or beer tasting as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
During lunch, you’ll be able to chat with featured health professionals Dr. Dan Traxler and Dr. Ryan Kennedy of Connect First Family Chiropractic about their holistic approach to health and wellness.
