Kick off the season in style on Memorial Day Weekend at Pouring on the Potomac. Old 690 Brewing Company and Harpers Ferry Adventure Center have a full weekend planned for craft beer enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Admission is free to anyone 21 years and older and craft beers will be sold individually. Nosh on fantastic foods from local food trucks while enjoying views of the Potomac. Open Late Concert Series—Middleburg, VALeesburg

Indulge in local food from Hammerdown BBQ and wine from Greenhill Winery & Vineyards while you enjoy live music from the After Party Band on the lawn at the National Sporting Library & Museum on Friday, May 26! Concerts and Museum admission are free and open to the public from 6:00-8:00pm. Grab a blanket and some friends and we will see you there!

Leesburg Memorial Day Ceremony—Leesburg, VA

On Monday, May 29 head over to the Loudoun County Courthouse in Downtown Leesburg for the annual observance and commemoration of those who have lost their lives in battle and those who continue to serve the United States. The wreath-laying ceremony will begin at 10am outside the courthouse.

Mayfest—Lovettsville, VA

Welcome summer with your family at Lovettsville’s 6th Annual Mayfest! On Saturday, May 27 from 10am to 6pm, enjoy live music, corn hole contests, family activities, and local food and wine on the Lovettsville Town Green and Town Square.  Admission is free, including parking and trolley rides.

Paxton ManorMusic at the Manor—Leesburg, VA

What better way to enjoy a warm Friday night than with free live music by King Street Kats at Paxton Campus? Bring a blanket and get ready to kick back and relax. The concert runs from 5pm to 8pm on Friday, May 29. With local food (from Paisanos Pizza!), beer and wine, raffles, art, face painting, and classic cars, there’s something for everyone!

Ringing in Hope 5k & 10k—One Loudoun

Come to One Loudoun on Monday, May 29 to run in support of our troops in a 5k, 10k, and 1k race to benefit the Boulder Crest Retreat! Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran Wellness is a rural sanctuary that provides free accommodations, recreational and therapeutic activities and programs to help our nation’s military and veteran personnel and their families recover and reconnect during their long journey of healing from physical and invisible wounds of war.
