Looking to get into the Christmas spirit? Look no further than Christmas in Middleburg, a fun event for the entire family! This weekend-long event provides so much entertainment: a tree lighting, a Christmas parade, plenty of shopping, caroling, a kids zone and so much more! Don’t miss the signature event- a Hunt and Hounds Review where you’ll see foxhunt riders and hounds trot down Washington Street. Bring the kids for breakfast with Santa too. This annual event attracts over 10,000 visitors, making Christmas in Middleburg a fun family tradition!
Presented by the Loudoun Valley German Society, the Lovettsville Christkindlmarkt will offer delicious samples of authentic German and Austrian foods to get you into the holiday spirit! Over 20 unique crafters and vendors will be present to help get you started on your holiday shopping. You’ll also have a photo op with the authentic St. Nicholas, Krampus, the Woodsman and the Christkindl Angel. This annual event, happening December 2nd and 3rd, has been deemed as one of the Top 10 must visit Christkindlmarkts in the U.S. by various travel websites. Come see what the fun is all about!
Leesburg First Friday: Come join the fun in Leesburg the first Friday of every month! This event lets you experience all that historic downtown Leesburg has to offer with sales and specials at local restaurants and shops, live music, wine tastings, art exhibits and much more! This Friday, December 3rd, pair wine from Bogati Winery & chocolate from Veritas Artizen Chocolate for a delightful treat at the Visit Loudoun Visitor's Center. Or, stop by a local brewery like Black Hoof Brewing to hear music from all types of genres! This is the perfect opportunity to explore downtown Leesburg.
