I got my start with yoga when I popped in Disk 4 of P90X during the summer of 2010. That grueling 90 minute workout signified my first, and last yoga session. I understand that the majority of folks out there have a stronger constitution than myself, and live for the peace and tranquility that yoga brings. If you have been doing yoga for a while, you might be willing to change up your routine, so we have the list of the 5 Most Unique Yoga Venues in Loudoun.

1. Yoga at a Brewery

It’s hard to beat the views you’ll get perched on the Blue Ridge Mountains while settling into your Warrior Pose in front of Dirt Farm Brewing. And since you’ll probably be doing the downward dog anyway, why don’t you bring your furry friend along with you. Dirt Farm Brewing is one of 5 breweries on the LoCo Ale Trail’sPints with Pups” itinerary.

2. Yoga at a Winery
