The Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association (LCVA) offers a myriad of free services designed to make your planning easier and your wedding something that your family and friends will talk about forever!

How We Help

The LCVA is here to help you find the perfect site and wedding vendors based on your ideal wedding, including the size of your guest list, the setting you’ve always envisioned, and your personal style.

Other complimentary services include:

• assistance with arranging overnight accommodations for your guests;
• providing them with welcome packets that include brochures and maps with information on what there is to see and do during their stay.
