The Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association is producing a new, expanded Loudoun Shopping & Dining Guide. Visitors use this publication as their one-stop source for finding shopping and dining options during their stay. It is distributed at the Loudoun County Visitors Center, in Loudoun hotels, and at other distribution points around the county. Retail shops that visitors would likely patron and dining establishments (excluding fast food restaurants) within Loudoun County are eligible to be included in the guide. For a complete list of eligible categories, go to VisitLoudoun.org and visit the “shopping” and/or “dining” sections. Businesses that wish to be considered for inclusion should click on the link below and complete the form. The deadline to submit your business for your free listing has been extended to Wednesday, April 4, 2007.
What You’ll Receive
Eligible businesses receive FREE listings including:
• Business Name
• Address
• Phone
• Website
• 10 word description (50 word descriptions available for $100)
• Hours of Operation
• Credit Cards Accepted
• Pet and/or Child Friendly
• Meets Disability Guidelines for Accessibility
Dining establishments will also receive:
• Which Meals Served (B, L, D, Br)
• Price Range for Dinner Entrees
• Reservations or Call Ahead Accepted
• Entertainment/Nightlife
• Outdoor Dining
• If Loudoun Wines are Served

The deadline to submit your business for consideration is Wednesday, April 4, 2007.
Note to Businesses included in the Current Shopping & Dining Guide:
If you are included in the current Shopping & Dining Guide, you may enter a Unique ID to access the information we have for your business. If you ARE included in the current Guide, it is very important that you access that information, update it, and add the new information we are including in this edition. CLICK HERE to see the list of current Shopping & Dining Guide businesses to find out if your business is included. If your business name appears on the list contact Brian Jenkins at 703-771-2170 ext. 21 or jenkins@VisitLoudoun.org to receive your Unique ID to access your information. If your business name does not appear on the list, CLICK HERE to be taken to a form to submit your information.
Display Advertising
Limited display advertising space is available on the back cover, inside front and inside back covers, and “featured business” ads at the beginning of both the shopping and dining sections. Featured business ads will include one image, businesses name, location, listing page number and 50 words of description. Businesses who purchase a display or featured business ad will also receive a FREE 50 word description in their listing.
