The LCVA marketing department develops and implements a comprehensive marketing plan that promotes Loudoun and its incorporated towns as a premier visitor destination. The plan targets leisure and business travelers as well as individuals and groups, and is implemented through the use of advertising and public relations, marketing programs and promotions, and direct marketing.

The LCVA produces publications and communication tools to promote the destination of Loudoun County and its incorporated towns to generate visitor spending. These materials are distributed to the travel trade, group decision makers, individual consumers, residents, and the media.
