The LCVA targets meeting and event planners in the corporate, government, training, and association sectors in order to increase visitor spending and weekend bookings. Specifically, the LCVA markets to meeting and event planners by:

Attending industry trade shows, professional meetings, and networking events to develop contacts and prospects
Coordinating site visits of Loudoun’s meeting facilities
Coordinating sales missions to targeted regions to call upon meeting planners
Communicating with meeting and event industry publications to increase visibility for Loudoun County through editorial opportunities
Increasing the number of meeting and event planner subscribers to LCVA's eNewsletter
Developing service programs that will increase attendance and delegate spending
Supporting sponsorship opportunities to promote Loudoun as a meetings destination
