Business Travelers

The LCVA targets business transient travelers visiting Loudoun accommodations for business meetings and other activities. The goal is to convert them into leisure travelers, either by extending their current stay and/or returning on a future trip for leisure activities, possibly with their spouse or significant other, family, and friends. The LCVA markets to the business transient traveler in a variety of ways:

Tourism in-room video, which runs on televisions in Loudoun County hotels and other accommodations
VISIT LOUDOUN: The Official Visitors Guide to Loudoun County, Virginia, available at a majority of Loudoun County hotels
Loudoun County Flat Maps, available to Loudoun County hotels for distribution to business travelers to help guide them around the county and identify leisure activities
Advertising in Where Magazine, Northern Virginia, a publication offered at hotels in the Dulles corridor
LCVA's consumer website, www.VisitLoudoun.org, available to travelers via their laptops and through hotel business centers
