The LCVA works with the entire tourism industry in Loudoun County to promote and grow tourism in the county and considers all tourism-related businesses “industry partners”. The following information will help you, as a business owner, decide how to best participate with the LCVA and how to benefit from the LCVA's programs.

LCVA Membership
The LCVA has dues paying members that wish to support the LCVA, have a vote on the LCVA board governance, and/or be specifically promoted by the LCVA to the travel trade to receive group business.  Click here for more information on LCVA's membership program.

LCVA Programs and Services for All Tourism-Related Businesses
Businesses simply wanting to generate business from individual visitors through LCVA programs may do so without joining the LCVA membership program.  The LCVA offers the following services for all Loudoun tourism-related businesses at no charge unless otherwise noted:

• A listing for your business on the Official Visitor Website for Loudoun County, www.VisitLoudoun.org  (see downloadable application below)
• The opportunity to purchase listings and/or display ads in LCVA produced visitor publications (fee).Click here for more information.
• The ability to participate in LCVA cooperative advertising programs targeting leisure visitors (fee).Click here for more information.
• Distribution of your brochure from our Visitors Center; click here for more information
• The use of our Visitors Center as a ticket outlet for your event; click here for more information
• The use of unique LCVA toll-free numbers in your advertisements and publications that the Visitors Center answers for fulfillment and tracking; a full report is included (fee; please contact Wendy Ferrigno for more information at 703-771-2170 ext. 24 or Ferrigno@VisitLoudoun.org) 
• The use of our logo, toll-free phone number (1-800-752-6118), website (www.VisitLoudoun.org), and text "Loudoun County, Virginia Visitor Information" on your brochures and on your website to provide your customers with more information about what there is to see and do in Loudoun and prolong their stay! (see downloadable logos below)

Stay Current on Tourism Industry News
All businesses have the opportunity to receive the Loudoun Tourism Industry Compass to stay current on the tourism industry in Loudoun County.  Click here  to sign up for this monthly eNewsletter.

Need to find accommodations for and entertain out-of-town business associates?  Come by our state-certified Visitors Center in Leesburg. Our hosts are there to help you 362 days of the year from 9am-5pm with information about what there is to see and do in the county and its towns, book overnight accommodations, and sell tickets to local events. In addition, we have information on state and regional attractions, so make us your planning resource!  You may also call our hosts at 703-771-2170 or email them with your questions at vchost@VisitLoudoun.org.  (The Visitors Center is closed on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Year's Day.)  And don't forget to use our visitor website, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year -- www.VisitLoudoun.org!

Business Prospects
Looking to locate a tourism business such as a B&B, meeting facility, or retail shop in Loudoun County? The LCVA assists tourism-related business prospects with the current status of Loudoun’s tourism industry as well as what is under development or may be under consideration.  The LCVA can also be a resource for other professional expertise that might be needed in determining the feasibility of your business endeavors.

Get Involved with the LCVA

Interested in serving on the LCVA Board of Directors?  In order to be considered as a potential board member, candidates need to provide a current resume and a brief statement about what they would contribute to the LCVA and the Loudoun tourism industry.  Openings and applications are advertised, and elections are held during the annual meeting each year in the late winter.  Self nominations are welcome anytime; the LCVA maintains a list of potential board members and vacancies are filled as needed by appointment.  Click here  to find out more about the LCVA Board of Directors.
