The LCVA's Industry & Media Relations Department provides a range of services to tourism industry partners and the Loudoun community that focus on communication, education, and customer service in order to ultimately increase satisfaction and enhance the overall experience of visitors to Loudoun County.

It is also a resource for local, regional, and national media, providing a range of services including story ideas, media research tours, fact-checking, and general information about the LCVA and the tourism industry in Loudoun County.
