The LCVA provides one-stop shopping for small to large meeting and event planners. We offer unbiased and comprehensive information about Loudoun’s facilities, services, and activities.

One of the LCVA’s most valuable services is site selection assistance. Our sales managers have an intimate knowledge of local meeting and event facilities. Instead of making individual calls, the meeting planner can streamline the process by calling the LCVA.

The LCVA knows about the area’s largest convention hotel right down to the quaintest countryside inns and B&Bs that have meeting and event space. The LCVA will match the meeting or event with the properties and activities that meet its needs.

The LCVA can also recommend meeting service providers, assist in securing hotel accommodations, and act as a liaison between the meeting/event and the community. The LCVA’s goal is to make the group's experience in Loudoun County the best it can be.
