Administration

Cheryl is the spokesperson and leader for the LCVA. She oversees the performance management of the entire organization, its tracking, reporting, and results. Cheryl works for the LCVA Board of Directors, LCVA Team, and tourism industry partners to ensure that the tourism industry is getting support from local officials, businesses, and residents in order to thrive. Director of Program Operations, Greg Harp

Greg oversees the operation of the physical facilities for the entire organization, is the key contact for vendors and purchasing, and supports the President & CEO and LCVA Board of Directors. Contact Greg regarding accounts payable, hosting an LCVA meeting or event, information on LCVA meetings, educational programs and networking events, partnership dues, opportunities to bid on LCVA programs and services, and general questions about the LCVA. 

Marketing

Director of Marketing, Jeremy Harvey

Jeremy designs, directs, and implements the LCVA marketing program including the destination brand initiatives and the cooperative marketing programs, sponsorship opportunities, and advertising sales. He also manages the media relations program, working to attract travel writers to visit and write about Loudoun County. Contact Jeremy regarding product development (new publications, promotions, campaigns), tourism industry trends, state and regional tourism promotion programs, package and itinerary development, Tourism Destination Strategy implementation, sponsorship of LCVA events, cooperative advertising, LCVA's online marketing efforts, development of industry-related education programs, LCVA publications, media inquiries and familiarization (FAM) tours, and industry news and announcements.

Senior Marketing Manager, Brian Jenkins

Brian maintains the LCVA websites and databases and oversees the LCVA research program. Contact Brian regarding questions or comments about our website functionality, changes in your address or key personnel, and current research figures and occupancy trends.

Janet manages the content and design of LCVA publications, and manages all LCVA images, film and video, and graphics. Marketing and communications manager, Stacey Sheetz

Stacey coordinates all aspects of the marketing department activities. Direct Sales

Director of Sales, Jennifer Ritter

Jennifer leads the sales team through strategic planning and market segment development, and participates in tradeshows on behalf of the LCVA and the destination. She generates sales leads for meeting facilities and accommodations in the association and government markets. Jennifer works with the industry to “book” the business and coordinates sales team activities and communication among sales professionals in Loudoun’s tourism industry. nATIONAL Sales Manager, Karin Aaron

Karin is the key person representing Loudoun County in the amateur sports and religous markets as well as the education, fraternal, and tour and travel market segments. COMMUNITY SALES MANAGER, WENDY FERRIGno

Wendy manages the operations of the Visitors Center; generates sales leads for private event venues, accommodations, and services from the social market; and provides services to all groups. She also serves as the inside sales coordinator, assisting meeting planners when they call. She coordianates the LCVA's auction and annual meeting, LCVA Tourism Awards program, tradeshow planning, updating and maintaining the LCVA database, portable visitors centers at special events, and the use of our display booth at trade shows and conferences.

Hosts staff the Visitors Center in Leesburg 362 days each year, as well as leisure and lifestyle shows, portable Visitor Centers at events, and other events as needed. Contact the Visitors Center Hosts regarding visitor information such as sightseeing, dining, shopping, accommodations, and special events, when your event has a last minute change or cancellation, and specials you’d like visitors to know about. 

Special Projects
