Visit Loudoun provides the following services to special event planners and producers:

Calendar of Events
Visit Loudoun maintains a calendar of events on the official visitor website for Loudoun at VisitLoudoun.org/events. Event producers are encouraged to add tourism-related events to the calendar. Contact Jennifer Christie at 703-669-2006 or Christie@VisitLoudoun.org to receive access to our event posting system.

Visitor Center
In addition to using the website calendar of events, Visitor Center Hosts maintain event information in their files to assist visitors. You may mail event information and brochures to the Visitor Center at 112-G South Street, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175 or email it to vchost@VisitLoudoun.org.

Toll-Free Number
Event planners may use a dedicated toll-free number in their promotional materials that is answered by Visit Loudoun’s Visitor Center Hosts. For more information, contact Janet Tamassia at 703-669-2004 or Tamassia@VisitLoudoudoun.org.

Overnight Accommodations, Public Relations, and Visitor Services
Visit Loudoun provides additional services for events that generate overnight accommodations for vendors, competitors, and/or spectators. Visit Loudoun can assist with securing overnight accommodations, public relations, and visitor services. Contact Ashleigh Dawson for more information at 703-669-4433 or Dawson@VisitLoudoun.org.
