Submit Event

Thank you for submitting an event to be considered for inclusion on our visitor website, www.VisitLoudoun.org, and in other publications produced by the Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association.

All events must:
1. Be open to the public,
2. Be appealing to visitors,
3. Be marketed and positioned as an event to attract visitors from outside the region, and
4. Have the potential to impact Loudoun County in terms of visitor spending and/or the use of visitor services. To assist visitors, consider adding the following blurb to the event's website and promotional materials: “For more information on visiting Loudoun County, call 1-800-752-6118 or explore www.VisitLoudoun.org.”

Please submit your information at least 2 weeks prior to the event date and allow 5 working days for the event to be displayed on the website. You will be contacted if there are any questions regarding your event or if it does not meet the posting criteria. Submitted copy may be edited.
