Owner Kevin Malone has been a leader in the "buy local" movement since opening the restaurant in 1985 and has continued that practice at his now four Loudoun restaurants. Housed in a 19th century grain mill in historic downtown Leesburg, even the Tuskie’s building honors Loudoun’s agricultural history. Executive Chef Patrick Dinh’s contemporary menu spans the globe to best highlight the freshness of his ingredients.
