300 Miles to Freedom is a documentary co-produced by Richard Bryer, a Syracuse University Professor and Anand Kamalaker, a Brooklyn based film director, producer, and editor. This film traces the story of John W. Jones, who escaped bondage in Leesburg, VA in 1844 and traveled the Underground Railroad to Elmira, NY.
