July 1st begins our new fiscal year and the LCVA Team has been ramping up our programs and getting the cooperative programs and advertising plans ready to present to our tourism industry partners. Mark your calendars for July 16th to hear about the FY 08 marketing strategies and how to participate. Another date approaching quickly is the August 3rd Cooperative Marketing Fund application deadline. The LCVA awarded $99,800 in FY07 and has $200,000 to award in FY08. Remember that the Cooperative Marketing Fund can be used to participate in LCVA cooperative advertising and sales activities, as well as for programs you design to promote your attractions, businesses, and events to visitors.
We are looking forward to a great fiscal year 2008! Your involvement, input, perspective, and support will be critical to the success of the marketing programs launched by the LCVA to position Loudoun County as a destination. Thank you!
